Project: This project was for an Advance Digital Image making class. I was tasked with redesigning any movie poster that I would like. This project incorporated elements of photo manipulation, photo editing, as well as type layout.
Info: Way To Go, Inc. believes no low-income working family’s employment opportunities should be compromised by a lack of affordable, dependable, legal, and safe transportation. Without this, these families struggle each day to reach the job or training that could bring them economic security.
Problem: The original logo they were using didn't represent what they were about. They needed something that was easily identifiable and could be used a crossed many different platforms. They also needed a new tagline and branding package.
Solution: I created a new logo and branding guide they could use. I wanted to represent the transportation that they provided by drawing inspiration from many GPS interfaces and iconography. While also showing moving in a better and new "direction" with the arrow.
Patent Curve App Design
Patent Curve is an information searching app that is designed to search for patents and copyrights in a quick, intuitive and easy manner. It uses 3-types of patent and copywrite search engines to better help the user find what they are looking for. The app breaks it down into what the top search is, but also allows you to see all of the search results.
Project: For this, I had to design and produce a 20-second motion graphics video spot for any company of my choosing. I decided to do an ad campaign for Timberland called "Wear to Care".
Problem: Statistically, 40% of kids in low income societies can't afford shoes and because of that some can't attend school.
Solution: For everyone that posts a picture of them wearing Timberland shoes with the hashtag, money or shoes will be donated to help provide children with shoes. Everyone needs shoes, why not give back in style.
Timberland "Wear To Care" Ad Campaign
Alcoholism Social Awareness Campaign
Date: Winter 2017
Problem: More Americans are drinking alcohol, and a growing number of them are drinking to a point that’s dangerous or harmful.
Solution: I created a mailer that will be sent out to various curated people, with the intention of informing them about the effects of alcoholism on the family dynamic. Inside the mailer will be a poster with statistics on one side, and a graphic on the other. It also includes a card that will offer steps to help someone that is dealing with alcoholism.
There will also be a side campaign called "Drink Less, Live More" that will have billboard and social media ads with it. The hashtag that will be associated with it is '#Don'tBeARoleModel' and that is to get to the consumer by having a level of sarcasm and shock value to it.
